In our FAQs, you’ll find answers to the most important questions about your stay with us. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, the Bergcristall team is always happy to assist you personally.

1. Are dogs allowed at your hotel?
Yes, dogs are allowed at the hotel for a fee.
Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or wellness area.

2. How far is the bus stop from the hotel?
The bus stop is approximately 150 meters from the hotel.

3. Do you have an in-house shuttle that can pick us up from the airport or train station?
We do not have an in-house shuttle. However, we can arrange a taxi for you for a fee or send you a free travel voucher for public transportation.

4. Can you please recommend a ski rental shop?
Carve.in is located about 500 meters from the hotel, or you can rent skis directly at the Stubai Glacier.

5. Is it possible to rent e-bikes at the hotel?
You are welcome to rent e-bikes at the hotel for a fee.
Advance reservation is recommended.

6. Can you rent sleds at the hotel?
Yes, you are welcome to rent a sled for your outing free of charge.

7. Can apartment guests use the wellness area?
Access to the wellness area is included for apartment guests.
Bathrobes and towels are already provided in the apartment.

8. Are there EV charging stations in the hotel parking lot?
Charging stations from an external provider are available to our guests for a fee.

9. Do you need to reserve a parking spot at the hotel in advance?
No, a parking reservation is not required. We recommend reserving a spot at an electric charging station.

10. Are allergies taken into account in the meals?
We strive to accommodate our guests’ allergies and intolerances to the best of our ability. This requires that we be informed of them at the time of booking.

11. Is gluten-free bread provided?
We are happy to provide you with gluten-free bread.

12. Are bathrobes available at the hotel?
Bathrobes are available for your use during your stay.

13. Are slippers provided?
For sustainability reasons, you will not find slippers in your room.
However, you can obtain them at the front desk if needed.

14. Is there an outdoor pool?
No, we do not have an outdoor pool.

15. Does the hotel have indoor and outdoor play areas for children?
Behind the hotel, you’ll find a playground where children can also play soccer and basketball.
In the basement, there is a game room with a PlayStation, foosball, and a ping-pong table.

16. Does the cross-country ski trail start right from the hotel?
You just need to cross the street; the cross-country ski trail starts there when snow conditions permit. A vehicle is not required.

17. Does the hotel offer guided hikes?
We offer two guided hikes per week at the hotel during the summer months. The Neustift Tourism Association also offers regular guided hikes.

18. Is the Stubai Super Card included?
The Stubai Super Card is included with every booking in the summer.
(Mid-May – End of October)

19. How far away is the Stubai Glacier?
The Stubai Glacier is approximately 9 km from the hotel.
It takes about 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by public bus to get there.

20. Is there a grocery store nearby?
There is no grocery store in Volderau. The nearest store is in Neustift, approximately 6 km away.

21. Can apartment guests dine at the hotel in the evening?
You can dine at the hotel for a fee; advance reservations are recommended.
We do not have an à la carte restaurant; we offer a 5-course menu.

22. Are there restaurants in the immediate vicinity?
There are two restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
