Useful information for your holiday
Allergies
Please tell us about any allergies or intolerances. We are happy to adjust our menu to your requirements. We also have cushions and blankets available for allergy sufferers.
Arrival and Departure
Your room will be ready for you from approx. 15:00 and your apartment from approx. 16:00. If it is not possible for you to arrive by 19:00, please let us know.
Please vacate your room or apartment by 10:00 at the latest on the day of departure.
Payment
You can pay your bill in cash or by EC card (= ATM card) or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
Single supplement
The single supplement is EUR 40.00 per day.
Only the following room categories can be used as single rooms: Saphir, Smaragd and Quarzit.
Charging station for electric car
Charging stations are available for our guests for a fee.
Hotel Bus Service
We are delighted to offer you our hotel bus service between our hotel and the Innsbruck Airport or Innsbruck Railway Station for EUR 95,00 per trip.
Dogs in the Bergcristall
Dogs are only allowed after prior agreement. We charge EUR 25.00 per day (excluding food). Max. 1 dog per room of max. 20 kg!
We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room and vital zone (wellness area). Please bring your own dog blanket or dog basket.
Internet / WiFi
Internet is available free of charge in the entire hotel via WiFi.
Parking
Furthermore, the parking place in front of the house is included in the price for our guests.
Prices
All prices provided are given in Euro per person and time period. They are inclusive of all taxes and levies with luxury package excl. local tax. The local tax from the age of 15 is EUR 2,80 per day until 31.10.2024 and EUR 4,80 starting from 01.11.2024. For bed and breakfast only EUR 16.00 is deducted.
Please note that our apartments are intended for self-catering - breakfast and dinner at the Aktiv & Vital Hotel Bergcristall can also be booked on request.

Restaurant
Enjoy the delicious and rich breakfast from the buffet from 07:15 – 10:00. Between 13:00 and 16:30 we will serve you an afternoon snack consisting of tasty soups and tempting cakes. Dinner, a 5-course menu, is served between 18:30 and 20:15.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellations, the following cancellation conditions shall be deemed to have been agreed in accordance with § 5 of the „General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry“:
The following cancellation conditions apply
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
- Within 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 70 % of the trip price.
- In case of non-arrival or early departure, 100 % of the trip price will be charged.
And in case anything else pops up in the meantime, we recommend the Hotelstorno Plus guest insurance, which covers you and your family.
Rental at the Hotel
In the hotel we can offer you toboggans for rent free of charge. E-bikes can be borrowed for a small fee. For families we also offer buggies and pushchairs for hire.
